Potential Missed Doses Report

Stores must inform the physician if a patient has missed a dose. Any doses not picked up by the end of the day must be cancelled and noted as a missed dose on the hardcopy and patient log. If cancelling multiple doses for the same patient, claims must be cancelled from newest to oldest.

The Potential Missed Doses Report can be generated and will list the patients who did not have a methadone prescription filled on the current date.

Note: For patients to appear on the Potential Missed Dose Report, they must have Methadone as a medical condition in the Clinical tab.
